I attended Keller Williams National Convention, Family Reunion last week.  It was very exciting to hear the announcement during The State of The Company Address, that Keller Williams grew in a shifting market,  to replace RE/MAX International as the third largest Real Estate Franchise in the United States.  Keller Williams ended the year with nearly 73,000 agents.

It was also announced that Keller Williams now has 679 Market Centers throughout the U.S. and Canada.  The Profit Share Model allowed over $30 million to be shared with KW agents last year.  Keller Williams is definitely a great place to work.

To me it would be much more important to who does the most business not who has the most agents.

As a consumer company A has 50 agents and company B has 200 yet company A does more business. All other things being equal it sounds like a no brainer which company to choose.

I appreciate your perspective, however, I am not the one deciding how the companies are ranked.  We all know that consumers choose a company for many different reasons, which may or may not include how much business the company does, how many agents the company has or how they are ranked.

During the last couple of years, Keller Williams not only increased it's agent count by 52 percent, but also had a market share increase of 83 percent.

In a July, 2008 press release, J.D. Power and Associates reported that Keller Williams Realty was ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction among home buyers.

Not only do agents love being in a partnership with Keller Williams, Consumers do too!
