Services for Real Estate Pros with Vidlisting.com

Just before leaving for the airport at 3:30am to head back to South America from Panama, I activated a number of new videos in various languages.  They run the gambit from Century 21 in Guatemela to development projects in Costa Rica to properties in Bolivia.

English

Steven Islas works with Ocean Pacific Realty in Tamarindo, Costa Rica and also is the sales manager for the Las Perlas development in Costa Rica (link to video in English: http://www.vidlisting.com/player/videopage.asp?vid=jlaakjsdsad&t=i)

Spanish

Ricardo Porcell runs the consumer mortgage banking section at the largest bank in Panama, Banco General (link to video in Spanish: http://www.bienesraicesvideo.com/player/videopage.asp?vid=lahjksdkasdas&t=i) We have an English version with a representative from this bank as well who discusses the requirements for foreigners get a mortgage in Panama that we will post next week.  As a side note, Banco General has a higher credit rating than the Country of Panama itself.

Ana María de Ruano works out of the Century 21 office in Guatemala City, Guatemala. She discusses the requirements for foreigners to buy property in Guatemala and her views on the current real estate market there. Portuguese

We've posted a few new property videos with narration in Portuguese at http://imoveisvideo.com/

Enjoy!

Once again, a thousand thanks to the awesome ActiveRain community...who would have thought that a small article posted in the early morning hours would have the readership that this article does.  We'll be adding significantly to our library of 400 real estate videos in the coming week...

You guys are really the best.  Happy Mother's Day to all of the Moms (including mine!)
