Last month, at Costa Pacific Homes we invited current Villebois residents to join us in the Village Center for a morning of enjoying free coffee and sharing stories for our new video celebrating the Villebois community.
The positive responses about life in Villebois were phenomenal. We heard from men, women and children alike. Residents told us about what their families enjoyed the most about Villebois - from the walkability and sustainability factors to the close-knit social atmosphere and the variety of community events and activities.
Here is one resident's testimonial about Villebois:
"I think anyone fits in well at Villebois - that's the beauty of it...As different as the demographics are, we all kind of have the same ideals and...there's all ages, and people with kids, people without kids. But it's still a huge sense of community and everybody gets along together and looks out for one another."

"As we started looking around, the community design here just really appealed to us, to bring...different people at different stages together in an area that brings people out. Our community in Vancouver was all starter homes...the houses went in, then the yards went in, then the dogs went in, then the kids went in, and nobody got out and walked around and talked with each other. There's just nothing to draw people out, and that's one of the things that we really liked here."
