I just read a blog that stated it the other way around. I think that we all need to pray that it has hit the bottom and that there is no further way down. We are on our way up. We need to see the positive and not the negative. Our office has been busy so I hope that everyone who reads this is just as busy as we are.

Teresa....The feeling is here!! Our local office at EWM (1700 E. Las Olas Blvd in Fort Lauderdale) is busy...busy with buyers, sellers and contracts! Hooray...
Real Estate is a local market. Our board had a better January 2009 then January 2008 - thank goodness.
Teresa, things are picking up here in AZ, and part of that is the time of year. We will just have to wait and see how much it picks up, but I know we are staying pretty busy.

They say you've reached the bottom when cost falls below replacement and by that theory we've got to be close. We'll probably stay pretty flat for a while but at least the next couple years.
Thanks to all of you who think that it's on it's way back up. I do believe that we are at the bottom and we who are still trying are going to survive. It may take us a little bit of time yet but activity is on the way back up. God Bless you all.
