| EXIT Realty's Boot Camp Training Generates Listings and Leads for GA Agents |

Alex Szinegh's Boot Camp came through Georgia like Sherman on the move! We had 89 attendees and ended up with 190 listing appointments made! Check out these amazing testimonials: EXIT Flipper McDaniel Realty in Calhoun, GA brought 16 of its 18 agents to Boot Camp. The next week, Flipper reported his agents had 8 listings and 2 sales directly related to Boot Camp. Donna Greenway has signed her first listing as a result of the Boot Camp. She has also signed up for EXIT Online University. I'm glad the Boot Camp went so well. Sam (Rumsey) was really pumped up when he came back. He said that he learned soooooo much. I have 5 new buyer leads just this morning and 4 more listing appointments. My date book for this week is almost full and it is only Monday at 11:40 am! Shan Chitwood has two listings and Frankie Cain has listed a $700K home to a seller that she would have never called without the prodding of Boot Camp! I called a nice lady, age 67, while at Boot Camp. She had been renting the home she currently lived in for fifteen years, and rented various places prior to that. After following the dialogue, I set the appointment with her as a first time home buyer. She is extremely happy, and has thanked me for calling her several times. If I hadn't ever made that phone call, I wouldn't have ever had this buyer. I am continuing to cold call individuals about our "shifting market" and have found more prospects.
