Unexpected Guest During A Home Inspection!

By
Real Estate Agent with Realty Professionals, Inc.

My good friend Barbara Duncan is a Realtor in my board.  She always talks about me on her blog so I am going to do the same for her.  She has had this foreclosure property for sale for some time now.  If she had posted the pictures that I have here on her listing, the outdoors person would probably have jumped at this and would have been sold quickly.  Seriously though.  This is a good home and the inspection went fine.  While there with the buyer and the home inspector, up walks this deer.  He was real tame and looks like it is a neighbors pet because he had a hunter orange collar on.  He had little nubbs for horns and was extremely friendly.  He allowed us to pet him and just hung around with us.  It was pretty cool.  The buyer has two boys and they love the outdoor.  They will like having this deer around.  Here are some pics.

How cool. It looks like the deer in Arkansas are more sociable than the deer over here in California they just run away.

Hi Larry~ I would have loved to have been able to see that deer, up close and personal.  Then to have been able to touch it and pet it would have been unbelievable too!  It seems like it was acting more like a pet than a wild animal....  thanks for sharing the photos!

Larry, that's a great set of photos.  You are right, I needed those photos earlier.  I've never seen a pet deer and as many times as I've been down there, I never saw him.  Hope this solidifies the sale!  Thanks for the publicity!!!

Larry,

It must be a pet with the collar, and glad you made a sale!  Great job!
