Foreclosure Prevention Companies.

You don't need to pay fees for foreclosure prevention help-use that money to pay the mortgage instead. Many for-profit companies will contact you promising to negotiate with your lender. While these may be legitimate businesses, they will charge you a hefty fee (often two or three month's mortgage payment) for information and services your lender may provide for free. Watch out for foreclosure recovery scams! If any firm claims they can stop your foreclosure immediately if you sign a document appointing them to act on your behalf, you may well be signing over the title to your property and becoming a renter in your own home. Never sign a legal document without reading and understanding all the terms and getting professional advice from an attorney or a trusted real estate professional.

That's exactly correct....There was a great article in the WSJ yesterday citing this same problem--"Housing Plan Creates Opening for Scammers."  The problem may be that the banks cannot work fast enough to return customers' calls to try to assist them and people who are drowning in their mortgages do desperate things...and the scammers are ready to convince them of their scam!  SEE FULL STORY:  http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123673412204590481.html

Yes there are scammers in every industry, product line, etc.

When you watch the tv commercials like the "Billy Mays" hyper pitch on the "Wonder Products" and they say they will DOUBLE Your order if you call within 20 minutes!!, "Just pay separate shipping and handling and processing fees" it is scammy to ME because I have a degree in marketing and know that this is PURE Profit and literally pays for the whole order.

98% of the people go for it, the 2% like me just get the one because in my OPINION is it's a scam. People have their own border for scams. There is fraud, and there are scams. Pick your poison as FRAUD is a lot different than scams ""In MY Opinion" SEE How that works? Get the idea or moral of the story?

All these news articles people take as Word of God, when A LOT of them are Borderline scams. Just be careful, cautious and read before you sign and pay for anything, it's really that simple.

We will present an above board contract, with a money back guarantee for anyone facing foreclosure as long as they pay AFTER being prequalified for a modification. email federaloansavers@gmail.com or call 727-533-6962 Jeff can help you or advise for free.
