The sun still shines on homeowners.

Services for Real Estate Pros with HO Insurance

Florida’s homeowners are in a mess. With the plans for State Farm to pull homeowners coverage, state run Citizen’s to possibly increase rates in the near future as the rate freeze is lifted, and even concerns over sulfur in drywall, now more than ever making sure that you have a stable and safe insurer is more essential than ever.

Let’s take a minute and look at the bright side. Major Florida insurance carriers are starting to post solid profits – bringing financial stability back to the industry. At this time there are about 130 complaints about the sulfur in Chinese drywall statewide. While that number will rise, it’s a manageable problem.

Floridian’s are used to challenges. We do have some of the best weather in the US and unfortunately at times we deal with adversity for living in the sunshine state. If you’re concerned about the stability of your insurer, or just need some information about making sure your policy protects you against the unforeseen, HO Insurance is here to help.
