Nebraska Land

Services for Real Estate Pros with sweeney auction & realty

Sweeney Auction & Realty is located on the edge of the Beautiful Sandhills of Nebraska, which is home to some of the finest grazing lands for beef cattle in the country. We have very scenic rivers that are great for canoeing, fishing, and hunting. This is a part of the USA that not alot of consumers are really aware of and can't seem to grasp the value of living in this part of the country. It is an easier lifestyle, it was a cheaper place to live untill the energy expense threw us a curve ball, but that is starting to relax alittle and should moderate some more. There are lots of opportunities for different businesses in this part of the country. I'll try to keep some new post coming in the near future. Stay tuned.

hello Cuz. 100 years ago a member of the Sweeney clan from Massachusetts emigrated west to Nebraska. This was told to me by my father and my aunt. Theres a legend of one of them killing a mountain lion with a shovel. My Nebraska branch of the Sweeney Clan came from  Dedham, MA.  Chuck, are we kin?

Colleen, thanks for the warm welcome. What part of the country do you do business in?

Tom, I don't know if we're couzins or not never heard of anyone on our side of the fence killin a mountain lion with anything. Who were your father and aunt? Where are your Nebraska branch located at? I know there are Sweeney's around the state but not too many that we're related to as far as I know. What part of the country do you hale from?

The land market here in central nebraska is HOT to say the least, unless your trying to sell a home in a small town like Greeley. Farmland is another story. If you don't want to sell don't put a price on it. We have a couple nice auctions coming up, check my website for details. I'll try to keep in touch.
