Our daughter and son-in-law moved from Calif to Waterside Crossing about 2 years ago. We visited and loved it! So much so we purchased a lot in Ashley Cove. Unfortunately the economy put our 5 year plan out to 10 yr and sadly I see we purchased at the top of the market. I hope over the coming years the property values in Denver will rebound. We visit every few months and it is freightening to see so many lots and homes for sale. Are there any plans to extend the new 16? Or further improvements on the West side? I fear that if we ever need to sell the lot we will take a beating. What are your thoughts. Thanks
