I have to say that even though I've been promoting Active Rain.com to my members for (gosh) a couple of years, It's not until recently that I have "discovered" the power of this community. It's amazing.
So, I wanted to put the flag up the flag pole and see who salutes on this particular project.
The National Association of Real Estate Agent-Investors, the organization that I consult and provide coaching for, is looking for agents - investing agents - to serve as Chapter Directors in the areas around the country where we currently don't have "on the ground" representation.
What being a Chapter Director means is that we would work with you to attract and work with investors, and real estate entrepreneurs who need to connect with an Investing Specialist. We would also work with you to attract other investing agents for cross-geographic referrals, co-sponsoring of promotion, and masterminding.
