Are you waiting to buy real estate because you think that prices are going to fall lower? On a daily basis we are hearing this from Buyer's.  In the Jupiter, Florida area our home prices have now rolled back to 2001/2002 prices before the big boom hit. I heard an interview with Donald Trump this week in which he said that although the stock market is down and although were are going through a troubled time, it is a great time to buy real estate. He is trying to buy as much as he can and take advantage of the lower prices. Hummmm, if "The Donald" says buy now, I have to think it must be a good time. In Jupiter, first time home buyer's can now afford property when several years ago it was almost impossible for them to get into any type of property. Investors are now able to buy a property and rent it out without a negative cash flow. Ocean and intra coastal front properties are now within in reach. It is time to buy. There are many loan programs, tax advantages and owner fiancing, forclosures and short sales available.  Don't wait !!!
