Hi Lenn, We have a new home tax credit in California of $10,000. Imagine the $5000 rebate for the military in VA coupled with the $8000 tax credit. Not to bad for any lucky home buyer ( New home buyer in California, Military Buyer in VA) today. I think when the segments of qualifying public figures all this out, they will be more willing to light a fire under our markets.
