Is anyone else out there superstitious like I am. I was nervous to set closings on the 13th of the past 2 months, so didn't. But today I tried to conquer my fear of What?? something bad is going to happen? So I had an inspection on a property that needs work, and actually, all went very well. Buyers are removing contingency. I hope everyone had a good Friday the 13th and now we can look forward to a Happy St. Patrick's Day Weekend long celebration. As the song goes, "Be Happy, Don't Worry."

Superstitious, I am not! I was 13 on Friday the 13th. Always been a good day for me. But I have noticed that Monday the 16th isn't particular good more times than not. How could Friday any number be bad? Seems to me Monday would be much more appropriate. BTW, I love black cats too.
