Custom Home Renovation

This is a custom home renovation the end buyer is already in place.  It’s rare that we find a house that needs about $30k in renovation but has both a brand new roof and new windows.  This incredible home sits on the corner of Spring Valley and 81st in beautiful Raytown, MO just a few blocks away from our rental house at 8205 Marsh Ave. This home has several great features including vaulted ceilings in living room, two fireplaces, a huge deck, and finished basement.  When were done with this home it will have a double vanity in the upstairs bathroom and a full tub in the master bathroom.  This will easily be one of the nicest homes in the neighborhood.

As usual, this is going to be a great remodel but the unusual thing is that we already have a buyer lined up when we're finished.  That makes for a great turnaround time!

Hi Justin, Great that you already have a buyer in place for this home.  Sounds like things are going quite well for you and your team of experts. I hope that you are well.

Sandy -- Things are going well we just started buying houses again after a month long pause waiting on financing. I'm so glad we found a buyer for this property before we actually have to sell it.

Having a buyer in place before the work starts is a win/win for both sides, isn't it?  With the body of work that you've captured in photos & video, placed in your online portfolio, I'll bet that this becomes a trend for Vizion!
