What a great photo.  I used to live in Niagara Falls area and would drive there almost every Sunday just to take in the natural beauty of it.

Randy - Great looking picture.  Where is that?  It looks a little like Vernal Falls in Yosemite!

Hi Randy, This is a very cool photo, I can almost hear the water!

Is this the "Big" Falls in Yellowstone? If I remember, there were a few spectacular falls, and one was the "biggest"- I don't remember the name.....

Hi Randy--I see you have Yellowstone in the tags, so I'm going to assume that's the location... Great shot, indeed refreshing!

Sorry I haven't come back to your comments. It has been an amazing week. I had to take a short rain break. Had a closing, yeah! Anyway, here goes.

Kevin,

Thanks for the compliment, It is actually not in Utah, any other guesses?

Cindy,

We took a hike down as close as we could but still weren't allowed in near the base. It was more beautiful in real life.

Jim,

I have been to upstate New York several times but was never able to get over and see Niagra Falls. Water falls are kind of like watching the ocean. They can be intoxicating.

Michael,

Thanks for your comment. The picture in my head of this place is even more beautiful. If one could only upload those pictures. I'm pretty sure not even Photoshop can do that. But if you have figured out a way to do it please post it for the rest of us. LOL

Myrl,

Not in Yosemite either. Great guess, do you have any others? Thanks for your guess and comments.

Huiting,

I will tell you as beautiful as it is winters are pretty hard where this was shot. I'm not sure if you can even get to these falls in the dead of winter. Thanks for the compliment.

Tad,

So you're not ready to strap on the barrell yet? Me neither. Thanks for the compliment.

Debi,

Thanks for the compliment, Nope not in Utah. Have another guess?

Mary,

Thanks for the compliment on the photo. You are very close to the right place.

Tamara,

Good pickup on the tags.  Yes it is Yellowstone but do you know where in Yellowstone? and how about the name? Thanks for playing our guessing game.
