Bill I don't know if you know tbut there is a certain number of words that you need for points when posting a blog.  You might want to check the number of words needed but I think your post above won't get the points.  Check points on your home page

Bill - Excellent advice.  A dear friend and mentor of mine told me once that she NEVER calculates the commission feeling that if she did she would focus too much on the commission and not on her client and fulfilling their needs.  I must admit I am not that good but do strive to keep my priorities straight!  Thanks for sharing.
