It's great to see people using technology to market their home in Simon's Town. It's beautiful and I am sure you should do well with it. My research for my SimonsTownRealty.Info newsletter indicates that most of the properties in Simon's Town are bought by outsiders (wealthy people from Gauteng and the United Kingdom). I would suggest you find ways with ads to these people to purchase your home.
