I am a firm believer that vacations are necessary for mind, body and soul. We can get ourselves so worn down that we dread going to work and doing the things that normally bring us joy. My family and I are at the beach this week having a great time re-connecting and relaxing. I hope that all of you get that opportunity at some point this year.
