- just 59 single-family homes on the market currently and of those 7 have accepted offers and remain as "active" only to seek back-up offers.
- Average DOM (days on market) is down this month to 135 from 149 in mid-February.
- Ten homes have gone under agreement in the past month which is quite a nice activity level.

Since my legend does not appear (ahem) the dark blue line on top is the number of homes in each price range this month, the lighter blue line is the same number from one month ago, and the red line on the bottom is the number which have gone under agreement since 2-14-09.
Below is the chart showing inventory trends since January 2005. The "J A J O" along the bottom stand for "January, April, July, & October" of each year. You can see that our inventory levels are low.
