For years, I have been practicing my "Tai Chi" religiously...for my health!

I used to fall down alot! I used to break bones alot! My feet, my ankles. After I broke my wrist really, really bad and completed my physical therapy my therapist suggested I learn Tai Chi to assist me in learning better balance and help me become more aware of my surroundings, also to improve my muscle strengthe and joint flexibility.

There was only one person she wanted to suggest to me. Georgette Coffey, known in the area as the teacher of Tai Chi for Arthritis whose program was written by Dr Lam who has been training instructors world wide in the benefits and techniques of doing Tai Chi on a regular basis.

Geogette Coffey can be reached through her website at www.FlowingWatersTaiChi.com or by calling her at 858 485 0517

Beginner through Advanced classes are offerred at a variety of locations in Rancho Bernardo including the Seven Oaks Community Center, the Oaks North Community Center, and the Joslyn Senior Center.

Don't miss out on the health benefits of Tai Chi. Increase your flexibility and muscle strength, get fit, learn correct body posture, integrate your body, mind and spirit.

Tai Chi has become a part of my daily exercise routine and, guess what? Since I learned the basic Tai Chi for Arthritis move sequences and have committed to doing my Tai Chi daily I have not broken any more bones and have improved my balance significantly!

I used to take Tai Chi in Laguna Beach.  What a wonderful way to actively meditate and heal your body.  Wish I were down there to join you.
