Hello Concetta and the rest of the Island...
I'm Rod from Gilbert Arizona. I relocated from Staten Island about 10 years ago. I have done very well in real estate out west. Recently, I have decided to pursuit the possibility of starting a team on Staten Island, stirring up some old contact and expanding my business "back home". I contacted the state and I only have to take and pass the NYS exam and show my current az license in good standing and they will issue me a NYS license.
I stumbled on to your market opinion and wanted to say thanks for that. I was concerned that SI was falling victim to the same market conditions as most other cities.
I an also looking to chat with a few brokers to see where the best fit would be to hang my Lic. Does anyone have any suggestions? Low fee, solid brokerage?
Finally I am looking for an SI agent to walk me thru some transaction in NY (for a split of course) anyone interested, let me know.
