Seeking experienced & motivated Realtors who can work leads, and close deals!

Responsibilities: Lead Database Management, Client Follow-Up, Property Showings, Contract Negotiation
We are here in the Rockwall and DFW area.
Must do a minimum on 3 open houses a month, available to show homes at least 3 times a week and take high volumes of calls off signs from 8a-8pm.
We offer a 50/50 split, high volume of leads and a great support system.
** MUST HAVE TX REAL ESTATE LICENSE!! **
Responsibilities:
Lead Database Management, Client Follow-Up, Property Showings, Contract Negotiation, hold 3 open houses a month, show homes to clients and work in the office 1 day a week on phones for follow ups.
(we will train the right Realtor!)
Must have:
· Minimum of 2 years real estate sales experience
· Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus
· Excellent sales and negotiation skills
· Ability to work successfully within a team and ability to successfully collaborate with other team members
·· Ability to organize and manage workflow
· Flexible and easily adaptable to changing work demands
· Maintains high standards and integrity
· Must be proficient in all computer applications required to perform job
· Strong working knowledge and experience with marketing tools such as Realtor.com, MLS, & CSS
· Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule
· A "people person" with strong communication skills
· Positive, enthusiastic, "expect to win" attitude
