I truly believe that if the foreclosed property holders would have these properties cleaned up, inside and out before putting them on the market they would sell. Not only would they sell but they would seller quicker. The way some of these properties are left is not a pretty site. Most buyers are turned off right away. They do not want to go in and clean up someone elses dirt.
How do we get this done?
Who needs to be told that the management companies should try to do a better job of getting these properties ready to sell. Get them off of the books would be better for all. They say that there are all of these forclosed properties sitting everywhere. Some of the problem is the management companies. They do not seem very motivated to get them sold.
