This sounds like a great way to get people to show your listings.  Question - 450 X 250+ $11,250.  If you give out $10,000 - does the $1150 go toward the cost of the luncheon.  I think this is a very interesting concept.

That's correct, the excess over $10,000 pays for part of the luncheon expenses. Listing agents are invited too but are not eligible to win unless they sold a listing.

What's interesting is that anywhere from 5-10 selling agents don't show up for the drawings and luncheon despite being sent an invitation.

Debbie the only thing one need is someone willing to pay the $250 fee; either seller or listing agent or combination of the two, i.e. $125 each.
