Verda Ridge is a Marysville neighborhood off Evans Rd (52nd ST NE) and continues on through 75th Ave NE. It is comprised of ramblers, two-stories and split level homes in a cult-de-sac style neighborhood. Being a really big neighborhood it offers buyers many choices through the different sections. There is also a neighborhood park, Verda Ridge Park, that has a basket ball and tennis court for the neighborhood kids and parents to get some exercise.

I love the fact that most of the neighborhoods you feature have great parks as well. Developers were cutting corners here in Las Vegas and not putting in parks or even walking areas. Now they have swung back the other way again. -Charles

The inclusion of neighborhood parks is relatively new in Marysville. In years past neighborhoods were just built with a few city parks stretched through the city. Builders are also given the option to add parks so they can get more decity in the neighborhoods, improvements like these go a long ways with the City of Marysville.
