Now how cool is this? The 13th Annual Fire Station Five Open House is this Saturday, May 19, from 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. at 10100 Garland St. It appears (on Map Quest) that you can take Church Ranch Blvd. west, past Wadsworth Pkwy. to Garland St., take a right and go north.
You'll be able to meet Westminster City Council members, check out the fire equipment and enjoy some good food. (And perhaps answer the age old question - are firemen always hot? Seriously. Inquiring minds want to know...) Take your kids to meet some real heroes! (The firemen I mean, not City Council...ha! just kidding! Kind of.)
