This complex is also located adjacent to the SEPTA R2 Regional Rail Line for easy commuting.
To the west, Hilltop is conveniently located just off Route 352 in Brookhaven Borough with ten units having sold over the last six months at an average of $104,000. Just south of the intersection of Route 252 and West Chester Pike (Route 3), The Terrazza in Newtown Square is one of the most luxurious residences in the area with new buildings still under construction and current prices averaging $386,000.
