ARE LENDERS AWAKE IN THIS MARKET??
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD TO DEAL WITH A SHORT SALE THIS YEAR??? I AM SURE THERE ARE ALOT OF YOU. WHY IS A BIG LENDER PROBABLY THE BIGGEST NOT WILLING TO EAT A MINOR $17000 TO GET A HOUSE SOLD INSTEAD OF LETTING IT GO TO FORECLOSURE AND COST THEM EVEN MORE. IF ANYONE HAS ANY TIPS FOR TALKING WITH THESE LENDERS, I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING. I HAVE LOST ONE BUYER ALREADY AND AM ABOUT TO LOSE THE TWO I HAVE. PLEASE HELP.
