A while ago I had the delightful experience of sitting down withJosef Katz to talk briefly about real estate investing for beginners in today's real estate market. In a short time we covered how to find an expert to work with, why having someone who really knows the local market is essential, and why signing with a buyer's agent makes good sense for someone serious about finding a great real estate deal that meets their goals.

iPod Josef is doing a series of these podcasts that appear on the "Trump Tactics" page that provides "Real estate investment tactics and strategies from the experts at Trump University. Free, no registration required." The recording volume is lower on this than we expected, so you need to turn up the volume, but that's the kind of minor glitch you get in the wonderful world of technology. Margaret - thanks for sharing both podcasts. Great information, and sometimes it's so nice to LISTEN rather than having to READ. I have yet to do a podcast but have had it on the list for some time. I have jumped right into video.

Josef was a good interviewer - good intro, questions but not saying too much and allowing the interview to unfold. Like some posts, it's more real.
