Frustrated with forclosures

Thanks to all of you who commented. I know that I'm not alone and this is happening everywhere. You would think that the Banks and REO would want to get these properties off of there books. I would think that they would want to work with local Realtor and get these properties sold. They just seem to want to leave them sit.
