This is an esay blog challenge for me. We all know that good vendors really help agents do good business. I think its the great vendors that make our clients raving fans!
About 5 years ago I was looking for a creative outlet and joined the local Photography club. I made friends with the president and he helped me progress to a better photographer. About that time I had made the decision to stop shooting my listings and get a professional to do it. Enter the new found friend, Kim Bates.
Kim is an architectural photographer and a great one at that. I started using him for my listings. I always was present when he was in the home shooting. I found out that not only was he a great photographer, but he was wonderful with my clients as well. Listings began selling faster, sometimes just from the pictures!
What I didn't know was that Kim was looking for business when I met him. He was not heavily into Real Estate photography and needed more business to make ends meet. Today, he is very busy in Real Estate and making money. He has been very appreciative of the opportunity I was able to provide him and I have been the same for all the great help he has given me and my clients as well.
Sometimes the timing is just right for something good to happen, but we just don't know it till later in time. Now is the time when I can look back and see how much we have helped each other and appreciate the great friendship we have. Kudos to my close friend and great artist, Mr. Kim Bates of Kim Bates Photography.
