I am trying hard to think slightly out of the box and trying hard to help those friends around me who might be experiencing some hardship quietly and not sharing it publically. We all have challenges that can be shared and that simple task will lighten the load.
The method I use is a simple idea, reach out and talk to some one you have not talked to for a while. The message is a simple message, " I was just thinking of you. How have you been?" It works well for every circumstance and you would be surprised with the resulting conversaton.
This is just my way to cope with our current crises. I am sure my technique will be modified over the next few days depending on how long this midlife crises extends but we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel as the measures that have been suggested by our political leaders seem to be effective.
