What a great compliment!  If we can't get along it's probably not going well but not every sale is easy.  10 years ago there were plenty of sellers writing checks at closing.  They were less excited about real estate than people are now.  I'd like to keep in touch with these folks if I had that feedback.

Good post Margaret. I too am fortunate to have a lot clients that have become close friends! I strive to give all my clients the best possible results. Somehow when you become friends with them it feels different!

Life is precious and relationships are important. Keeping a client as a friend is a wonderful thing indeed.

Sometimes those relationships happen and that all that has to be worked out and can be worked out, in my experience.
