Turlock Ca Home Sales By Zip Codes- September 2021

The sales figures for Turlock California for September 2021 are in.  The totals below are for single family homes sold in Turlock.

The total number of sales for September 2021 (63)  was lower than September 2020 (76).  Both zip codes had fewer sales in 2021.  The median price of homes in both zip codes was up with both zip codes showing substantial increases. The average days on the market were down in both zip codes.  The average percentage of list price per sale also dropped in both zip codes. 

 

There are currently 75 homes available in all of Turlock listed from $304,999 up to $2,200,000

 

There are a couple of signs here that the market may be slowing/stabilizing.  There were less sales than a year ago.  The average sale was also very close to or just under the asking price.  Combine that with more homes on the market and we may start to see a change.  Of course one month does not equal a trend but it is something to keep an eye on.
