This is a public group designed for Professional Mortgage Lenders to bounce ideas around on what we can do to work with and through the Housing Bill for 2008. What can we do to get something that will take the place of the DPAs. Our primary goal is to find a way to work within the system to help our clients purchase homes. Nothing is too off of the wall to be discussed. However, we are very select with who can join. We want experience and knowledge, especially in FHA Lending.
