A Group for “Independent Brokers” which is referred to small brokerage firms with less than 20 agents. Our place in Active Rain to network collectively, sharing topics of interest regarding small Brokerage. Specific subjects regarding small brokerage could be; Tips and hints for hiring new agents, how to build strong and dedicated individual agent as well as a team, how to motivate agents to do the right things, effectively managing offices, equipment and tools, hardware & software and introducing useful Apps, what to look for in E&O Insurances, help in developing Broker’s policy and guidelines, and in general how to run a more effective business, etc. Thank you in advance to everyone who is a member and for every contribution!
