The "borrow-and-build" business model that home builders have used to grow their businesses over the past 15 years is now obsolete and most of those business with falter with its expiration. A new, customer service oriented model will emerge, particularly in higher price points. It will be a challenge most will not be prepared to meet. The Atlanta Custom Homes group is a discussion forum for the next generation of home building as a service rather than product.
