We are here to associate. This is an area to talk commercial we should be able to help each other. As every situation is different we need details. This should be an area of honest feed back of agents,brokers,lawyers,etc. with problems looking for solutions or to share about deals that had a problems and how they solved . Share your story it could be helpful . Residential agents dont be shy the language and system of commercial is different. We will help you hopefully before you lose a listing or worse. I know that I will be more than happy to research and find answers to difficult questions for our group and for my own knowledge. Being open has served me well and I hope that people will join this group in hopes of making new associations and learning from one another.
