A group for those of us who represent only ONE side of the transaction, the Buyer. We don't represent sellers, believing it's a conflict of interest to represent both parties. How can we advocate for sellers if we're obligated to work for the best interests of our buyer clients? Some in this group will be EBAs who don't EVER represent sellers (that's me). Others don't represent buyers and sellers in the same transaction, but do represent sellers in other transactions. Help sort out the issues, and join the group.
