Everday problems dealing with HVCC. I keep reading and have also written my own rants dealing with Appraisal Management Companies. This is such a hot topic right now. Its not my intention to keep the 'wow HVCC is the best thing since sliced bread' stories out even though I don't see any benefit from it. I have however read enough blogs on here regarding day to day problems caused and dealing with the Home Valuation Code of Conduct.
