This is the place to report any and all good real estate news you are seeing and hearing. Enough of the Doom and Gloom headlines. There are some good things happening in many parts of our market but we don't hear enough about it. This is NOT the place to advertise your listings, please. That's good news for you but that's it. Market reports with good news would be great too. It doesn't all have to be good but if there are positive trends, let us all know.
