This group will examine exactly "how to" set up a successful real estate practice. We will start with annual Business Planning, Lead Generation(Prospecting & Marketing) and using a Database to build a client pipeline. We will walk our way through all aspects of the Listing Situation, including Pre-Inspection procedures, the Listing Presentation,Pricing Strategies and driving traffic.
