This is my referral group. I will go to this group when I have pre qualified mortgage clients needing a real estate agent in an area outside of my home area. I am a mortgage broker and a licensed Realtor in AZ. I will be co brokering these deals through my real estate license. Percentage will depend on level of difficulty and price. I have been creating a network of Realtors who I can send referrals to when clients are outside of my area. Please keep me in mind for your referrals in my area also.
