Please, Everyone that is like myself, new and practicing in a small town (less than 50K)(less than 3K households actually) please join in and talk about what it's like for you. How you gain success and what you have learned not to do. I don't think that generally speaking, when real estate is discussed it is in the context of what smaller, rural communities are in. I can't begin to tell you all the crazy things I see and hear people say in regards to home value and what is a "good/bad" thing to do.
