As a young professional with growing staff and limited time, we may not be able to get out as much as we use to. Our need to network, socialize and kick around ideas has not diminished so at times we are stuck with an idea and no one to bounce it off of. Here is a place to chat about how to make the motivate staff, keep the office goals in sight, talk about trends and vent if you need to (if that will prevent you from doing so with your staff, clients or other professionals).
