Before I talk about my life as a Myrtle Beach Real Estate agent, I first want to share a little info about myself. I am originally from Reading, PA and moved to Myrtle Beach, SC in 1998 after graduating from high school. Shortly after moving to the area, I attended Coastal Carolina University where I graduated in Business Management.
While working on my degree, I obtained my Real Estate License in 2001 and teamed up with my father from 2001 to 2008 to become a top producing real estate team in Myrtle Beach, The Blanton Team. After several years of success as a real estate agent, I then joined ActiveRain as a community builder to help grow this amazing network. ActiveRain is one of the world's largest real estate networks with over 300,000 members worldwide.
In the beginning of 2010 I then opened my own company, 210 Consulting- Social Media Advisors. I started this company because I was ready to make a difference. Unlike many other social media gurus, I actually used (and continue to use) social media in my daily business plans to experience big-time results.
Over the past few years, I have traveled all around the country as a social media speaker helping thousands learn how to use social media networks to increase their business. I've spoken for various organizations and conferences like: National Association of REALTORS®, Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX, RETSO, Lions Clubs International, CreateSouth, Inman News, and many more. Some of the topics I have spoken on several topics relating to WordPress, video, social media integration, social media strategies, blogging, SEO, and more.
I've also been published on various sites including Coldwell Banker, Rubbermaid, New Home Source, Inman News and also as a guest blogger for my local newspaper.
In March 2014 my father passed away unexpectedly and in the weeks following his death I began remembering something he always told me. He would look at me and say "Jeremy, if something ever happens to me, you better get your butt back into real estate." So, in May 2014, I joined RE/MAX Southern Shores and started back my real estate career.
When I am not busy working, I love getting out & enjoying some of the most beautiful golf courses Myrtle Beach has to offer. I am a professional army golfer (left, right, left, right down the course.) Some of my other loves include spending time with my awesome wife and three super awesome children which I call my "built in entertainment system."

| I just had Jeremy design my new blog using Wordpress. Before I decided to go with Jeremy, I had checked out other companies and had narrowed it down to two, Jeremy's being one of them. I asked him a ton of questions and he always got back to me quickly and he never made me feel like he didn't have time to answer them. He captured the style I was looking for perfectly. I look forward to having him do more work on my site as time goes on. I highly recommend Jeremy and his company to any agent looking to start a WP blog. |

| I asked Jeremy to do some review of my WP site on a consulting basis. He came back with some very practical advice and some options for making the changes. I chose to use his group for some of the changes and they were completed in a professional manner. I highly recommend Jeremy and his work for your WordPress site. You will get a lot of value for the dollar. Less hype and more value. Dont get sucked in by the marketing of his competitors. We working Realtors need to spend our dollars wisely. |

| Jeremy Blanton set up a basic WordPress site for a new website that I'm developing. I've been very happy with his work and his responsiveness to my questions. After the basic setup and a one-on-one tutorial, Jeremy has been very quick to answer additional questions that I had and to make minor tweaks to the site to get me up and running very quickly. Because I am familiar with some other blogging platforms, Jeremy's basic package has been an economical and quick way for me to get started with WordPress. |

| My membership on ActiveRain since 2006, is where I learned everything about internet marketing and blogging for my real estate business. As time went on, I realized that I needed an outside blog, and better I needed my own customized WordPress Site that could be my web site and my blog site. I am so glad that I used Jeremy Blanton of 210 Consulting. As new features become available for the Wordpress platform, all I have to do is contact 210 Consulting and they help me make the changes, improvements, and upgrades. I trust 210 Consulting on their advice and opinions on plug-ins to use and not use. And they helped me get my IDX feature up and running. I am very happy with the service I have gotten. | It took me a while to make the commitment to a WP site and once I decided to go forward, then I had to make the harder decision of whom to have design it. After doing my due diligence - having long been a fan on A/R of what I was hearing from Jeremy Blanton and Jason Crouch - I decided to go with 210 Consulting. Jeremy was not only super easy to work with (I was clueless), he patiently walked me through what he needed from me and then he took it from there. He took my concept and ran with it - and hit it out of the ballpark the first try. I finally had a website I could be proud to show off. I recommend Jeremy to everyone who asks! Oh, and in addition to being a WP whiz, he is also an honest, ethical person - which is the primary reason I wanted to work with him in the first place. |

| Wow! I attended Jeremy’s 50+ Tools to Enhance Your Social Media Strategy, and I must say that I am now a raving fan. Jeremy did not have the polish and the jokes that the typical conference speaker had, but he had such relevant and practical advice about blogging and other social media platforms, I almost think his session should be mandatory for agents thinking of using the social media platform as part of their business strategy. A real step by step how-to session just full of real advice. I did not have to purchase Jeremy’s $400 set of cd’s at the end of the session to improve my business, I simply had to tweet him a question on the light he uses on his video camera, and got a prompt response of two links back from him. |
