Every since I was little I have been following my sister around.  I wanted to do what she did, hang with her friends and be kool!  But of course, when she got into trouble "I was led into sin ;).  She was my idol.

After college I lived on the East Coast for twelve years.  It was a blast and so different from Texas.  I met a lot of people from places I never heard of and went on adventures that changed my life.  I did a lot of growing and decided I needed to move and have a West Coast experience.  However, I made a pit stop in Dallas and my sister put a change to all that.  She introduced me to real estate and I found myself following her around again.

We have been practicing now for a combined 21 years and it feels good and right to be home again.  I like this area of Rowlett located just on the outskirts of Dallas.  We are a small town but there is so much growth around us and you never run out of things to do.  Rowlett specifically is surrounded by several lakes so fishing and water activities are hot.  There's a lot of golfing around here too.

My sister Farrell and I specialize in the areas North of Dallas (Rowlett, Sachse, Firewheel, Garland, Wylie, Richardson, Allen, McKinney, and Rockwall.  But we have a saying, "We're licensed in the state of Texas".

Farrell loves to take care of people and enjoys helping them settle down.  This is why she makes a great buyer's agent.  I like watching her get to know people.  She has a knack for getting them out of the box and hoans in to find them the house that's right for them.

I on-the-other-hand like the details so helping people sell their homes is my ideal job.  I just believe that selling a home should not be a stressful ordeal nor should it be turned into rocket science.  Sure, there can be a lot of details and work.  But I look at my job as eliminating this and making your life easier.

My Rockie - The reason why I work or should I say...one of us has to work cause the other just lays around all day and can't get enough rest.

My sister has a saying "We're licensed in the state of Texas".  And although we have sold homes all over the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we tend to specialize in the surrounding towns North East of the Metroplex. 

As you can see on the map this is a large area but what is great about it is the new growth happening in these areas.  Not only are new homes being built but new access roads and highways creating new alternative routes to all of your favorite places and easy access into downtown Dallas. 

You will really want to check out the community, school and home for sale links to learn of communty events and services you might want to experience to get a taste for the area.  You never know - you may just discover that one of these areas may be perfect for you.
