Karen has been licensed as a REALTOR® Broker in Indian River County since 1979. Licensed as a Broker since 1980.Karen's years of experience servicing Vero Beach's real estate needs will prove to be to your advantage.  She specializes in Premier Properties both on the barrier island and the mainland. Both residential and commercial properties are her expertise. Karen created and was the President of the Vero Beach Christian Business Association which now has over 100 members and all membership dues and funds go towards local Christian non-profit organizations.Karen has seen the good times and a bad time of the real estate cycle and knows how to provide her clients with the right tools to make the transaction happen in the best interest of her clients regardless of the economic times.
