From my experience, nothing but junk leads. Leads calling about expired or sold homes, you call a "lead" and they're the home owner? No quality at all. Not to mention the "Zestimate" is always wrong - either up or down. And, of course, no way to end a contract sooner as you kiss wasted money away each month. My biz partner also used them for 1 year and not one transaction.
